Case Study: Connecting Students with Essential Dining and Allergen Resources
Background In July 2026, the registered dietitian for Ohio State Dining Services identified that students needed a more direct, accessible way to find online dining menus containing vital allergen and nutritional data. Because these menus are essential for student health and wellness, the goal was to significantly increase traffic to the online menu portal.
The Strategy To reach a diverse student body, I designed and executed a multi-channel campaign. Rather than relying on a single communication stream, this approach paired physical print collateral with high-traffic digital touchpoints to capture student attention exactly where they make their daily dining decisions.
