Presenting at Ohio State Email Community of Practice

In November 2022, I presented at The Ohio State University Email Community of Practice. This group meets virtually and is comprised of marketers across the University who use email marketing.

I spoke about our experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to send text messages to alumni attending an alumni reception in Philadelphia, for the AVMA conference. I was transparent sharing that we had a small sample size and that we struggled to track our success with text messages.
